About me
My Approach
My approach to therapy is empathic, client-centered and collaborative. I believe the heart of therapy lies in a safe and genuine therapeutic relationship and I value bringing ourselves authentically into the therapy room. I use a variety of evidence-based approaches, such as psychodynamic, narrative therapy, emotion-focused, art therapy, trauma-informed, existential, and feminist therapies. I like to work holistically to understand how different areas of your life may be impacting each other, making much of my client work long-term.
I value making the therapy space safe for all folks, working through a culturally-sensitive and LGBTQ+ affirming lens.

My Practice
I offer both virtual sessions (Mon/Wed/Thus/Fri) and
in-person sessions (Tues) located near Bathurst & College in Toronto.
My office hours are between 10am-6pm.
Professional Qualifications

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO)​
